As a key member of the Field Operations team, this role is responsible for coordinating the deployment of Meat Hygiene Inspectors across Area 3 and providing business and administrative support to the Operations Manager. The position works in collaboration with the area management team, consisting of the Operations Manager, Field Operations Coordinator, and Veterinary Advisor, to coordinate operations related to staff scheduling, planning, and support, ensuring the delivery of regulatory services.
