About The Position

As a Field Operations Associate, you will compile and inspect incoming/outgoing kits for compliance with specifications and usage, and make medical device deliveries. You will inspect products and keep records of damaged, defective, shortages of, movement of, and expired products using computer systems. You will also check inventory records to determine availability of requested products, and clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Confer with distribution, sales, shipping, warehouse, or common carrier personnel to expedite or trace deliveries. Investigate customer complaints and track service levels/problem solve any discrepancies. Work with internal resources for alternative product obtainment (e.g., loaner bank, other warehouses, consignments). Organize, retrieve, or place goods from/into stock received via multiple sources. Load, unload, or stack containers, materials, or products while checking for sterility, missing/broken implants & instruments. Deliver equipment to customer sites and arrange merchandise for transport (on delivery and return). Advise supervisor when repairs or extensive maintenance are required for the company vehicle.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Two (2) years’ relevant work experience
Possess a valid driver’s license with no restrictions
Ability to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to work flexible hours, as needed to support the business needs, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Participate in on-call rotation
