About The Position

CarData is a rapidly growing automotive lot service company that offers professional inventory photography, window labels, window stickers, videos, and merchandising services to franchise automobile dealerships across the United States. We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Field Operations Assistant to support our Local Market Manager. This role is crucial in ensuring our dealership clients receive outstanding service daily. The responsibilities are varied, including covering dealership routes, photographing inventory, applying window labels, assisting with new dealership setups, training new team members, conducting quality control, and supporting increased workloads during peak times. This position offers a flexible schedule and has the potential to evolve into a full-time salaried role as the market expands.

Requirements

• Dependable with excellent attendance

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Comfortable using a smartphone and mobile apps

Nice To Haves

• Photography experience is a plus but is not required. We provide paid training.

Responsibilities

• Cover dealership routes when team members call out or are unavailable
• Photograph dealership inventory
• Install vehicle window labels and print window stickers
• Assist with new dealership launches
• Help train new field team members
• Perform quality control visits
• Assist with increased workload during busy periods
• Deliver outstanding customer service to dealership staff
• Help keep our local market operating smoothly
