About The Position

Parsons is seeking a Field Office Administrator to provide administrative and financial support for a construction management field office. This role is ideal for someone with a successful track record as a field administrator on large-scale construction management projects.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project administration.
  • Command of Microsoft Office Suite (word processing, spreadsheet, and database software).
  • Detailed organizational skills.
  • Professional demeanor.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Similar role on construction/engineering or construction/engineering management projects.

Responsibilities

  • Research and compile project information and related data.
  • Produce special or recurring reports.
  • Complete financial and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Maintain field office budget and reconcile various accounts.
  • Pay operating bills or submit appropriate documentation to the corporate office for payment.
  • Review project personnel time sheets.
  • Establish and maintain document archiving and retrieval systems.
  • Prioritize the flow of project reports/correspondence.
  • Ensure timely handling, process, and resolution of requests, including Senior Construction Manager files.
  • Purchase supplies and field office equipment, including vendor management.
  • Keep informed on project or Parsons’ document policies and procedures.
  • Serve as the project’s focal point for timely dissemination of materials, documents, and other administrative duties.
