About The Position

As a Service Advisor Assistant, you'll help keep our service department running smoothly by assisting both customers and the advisor team. This position is an excellent entry point into our service department and provides valuable experience for anyone interested in advancing to an Xpress Service Advisor or Service Advisor role. Zimbrick believes in promoting from within and are committed to helping motivated team members develop their careers.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

  • Greeting customers as they arrive
  • Answering incoming phone calls
  • Scheduling service appointments
  • Cashiering customers and processing payments
  • Assisting with washing and preparing customer vehicles after service
  • Checking loaner vehicles in and out
  • Assisting with internal repair orders
  • Supporting the service advisors with daily administrative and operational tasks
