About The Position

NCA is seeking a Nurse Case Manager based in Orlando. The position provides case management services addressing the special needs, eldercare, care, and quality-of-life challenges of clients. The Nurse Case Manager collaborates with primary family caregivers, attorneys, financial planners, and trustees who also serve the client. This is a salaried position with a flexible work-from-home schedule. Regional overnight travel is required 1–2 times per month, with occasional nationwide travel.

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience.
Experience with third-party benefits, including health insurance, Medicaid, Social Security, and Developmental Disability services.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with MacOS and related software applications, including MS Office.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and tools in a Mac environment.
Self-motivation and comfort working in a virtual company or office, with solid time-management and organizational skills.
Ability to collaborate to accomplish goals and work through conflicts.
Excellent customer-service skills.
Willingness to meet timely documentation requirements.
Ability to travel overnight regionally 1–2 times per month and occasionally nationwide.

Nice To Haves

CCM or CRRN certification preferred.
Experience in field case management or workers’ compensation case management preferred.

Responsibilities
