About The Position

Kalos Services is seeking a dependable, hardworking Field Mobilization Specialist to support the setup and breakdown of commercial construction projects across Florida. This role involves working outdoors, traveling, staying active, and being part of a team that keeps projects running smoothly. No previous mobilization experience is required as training will be provided. Experience in construction, warehouse operations, landscaping, delivery, or other hands-on work is a plus.

Requirements

Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Willingness to travel throughout Florida, including occasional overnight stays.
Basic smartphone or tablet skills.
Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Reliable, dependable, and able to work well as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

Construction, warehouse, landscaping, delivery, or other hands-on experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Travel throughout Florida to support commercial construction projects (overnight travel may be required).
Assist with project startup and jobsite demobilization.
Install and remove temporary fencing and barriers.
Receive, unload, organize, and stage materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
Complete basic documentation, photos, and checklists using a smartphone or tablet.
Report damaged materials, safety concerns, or project issues to the Field Mobilization Lead.
Follow company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
Support warehouse and logistics operations as needed.
