About The Position

Sunbelt Home Solutions is expanding its Fort Myers field marketing team and is seeking a driven, competitive individual for a hands-on leadership role. The Field Marketing Team Lead will work alongside their team in the field, connect with homeowners, generate qualified appointments, and motivate others. This role emphasizes leading from the front, with a focus on generating opportunities and helping the team perform, rather than closing sales.
