About The Position

Sunbelt Home Solutions is expanding its St. Petersburg FL field marketing team and is looking for a driven, competitive individual who wants the opportunity to produce, lead, and grow into management. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work alongside your team in the field, connect with homeowners, generate qualified appointments, and help set the pace for the people around you. The ideal candidate is not afraid to lead from the front. No home improvement experience is required as hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and a proven system are provided. The company is looking for leadership potential, energy, accountability, competitiveness, and the ability to connect with people.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in canvassing, door-to-door sales, field marketing, direct sales, retail leadership, hospitality, promotions, or team leadership is preferred.
