About The Position

The Field Marketing Specialist keeps OSV's field marketing engine running. This role partners with the Global Field Marketing Managers and broader marketing team to manage the logistics and on-the-ground execution of regional field events, trade shows, and related campaigns — ensuring that every program runs smoothly and supports the pipeline needed to hit quarterly targets. This is an execution-focused role: you're the person making sure nothing falls through the cracks while juggling multiple events and deadlines.

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent working experience
  • 1–2 years of marketing support experience
  • 1–2 years of event coordination or management experience
  • Ability to travel up to 20%
  • Clear, proactive communication with stakeholders at every level
  • Highly organized, with sharp attention to detail
  • Comfortable pivoting and problem-solving when plans change
  • A growth mindset: curious, adaptable, and willing to figure things out
  • Looks for ways to improve a process without being asked, even if it takes extra effort

  • Familiarity with B2B marketing

Responsibilities

  • Manage campaign setup, campaign member tracking, data augmentation, and list uploads in HubSpot/Salesforce
  • Build registration landing pages and confirmation emails
  • Provide pre- and post-event list support
  • Partner with Sales Operations to troubleshoot and remedy any data or process issues
  • Order and manage trade show assets — booth materials, signage, print collateral, and swag — and track all shipments, keeping Global FMMs informed
  • Maintain swag inventory to ensure adequate stock across all trade shows; research and order custom swag as requested
  • Review and route event contracts and invoices, tracking status through completion, and keeping Global FMMs updated
  • Submit and track invoice status
  • Manage event budgets, logging estimates in a tracker, and updating actual expenses as they come in
  • Keep the Monday.com events calendar current
  • Update tasks in Monday.com as work is completed
  • Keep the events page on OSV's website up to date
  • Flag risks early to Global FMMs and escalate when needed to Sr. Manager, Global Field Marketing, and help identify and act on solutions
