About The Position

Feeser's is a 125-year-old, family-owned foodservice distributor seeking a hands-on field marketer to plan and execute events, sponsorships, and trade shows aimed at growing B2B sales. This role involves representing Feeser's at various events, acting as a liaison between Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, and vendor partners, and managing event-driven social content.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in field marketing, event marketing, or marketing coordination, or equivalent event or hospitality experience.
  • Experience planning and managing events, trade shows, or customer engagement programs.
  • Strong organization, project management, and follow-through skills.
  • Comfort creating social content (photo, short-form video) in live settings.
  • Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Ability to travel regularly within Pennsylvania and occasionally within the Mid-Atlantic.
  • Availability for occasional evening or weekend events.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing events with 300+ attendees.
  • Experience with lead tracking, CRM, or sales enablement.
  • B2B experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual Feeser's Expo, including promotions, seminars, registration, signage, and the VIP reception.
  • Maintain the marketing event calendar, ensuring deadlines, materials, and logistics are managed.
  • Manage event assets such as swag, signage, backdrops, and displays, including inventory and restocking.
  • Plan all Sales Meetings with the Director of Sales, including print materials and recap content.
  • Support vendor events and activations with Purchasing.
  • Staff regional conferences and trade shows, handling booth setup, customer engagement, and on-site coordination.
  • Manage sponsorship relationships, track fulfillment, and identify renewal and growth opportunities.
  • Represent Feeser's at community events, sponsored activities, and local organizations.
  • Research and recommend high-impact regional events, sponsorships, and trade opportunities.
  • Source and manage promotional items and apparel, and develop new promotional ideas.
  • Plan, capture, and post event content (photos, video, stories, reels, customer-generated content).
  • Collaborate with Marketing and the digital agency to extend event impact in real time.
  • Engage attendees, generate and qualify leads, and set up tracking for Sales follow-up.
  • Report on event, sponsorship, and activation results.
  • Source and place vendor products in seasonal publications and assist with proofreading and distribution.
  • Support the quarterly vendor magazine and monthly digital rebates and offers publication.
  • Track and document vendor rebate programs, work with partners, and communicate opportunities to Sales.
