About The Position

The Field Marketing Program Coordinator is responsible for providing day-to-day coordination and operational support across marketing initiatives and team communications. This role helps drive the execution of key priorities, maintains critical processes, and supports budget-related activities. This position requires a highly organized, detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position is located in Atlanta, GA in a hybrid working environment.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • 3+ years of experience in project or program coordination
  • BS Degree in Marketing or related field
  • Project Coordination/Management, 3 years, Very Good
  • Strong Communication skills, 3 years, Very Good
  • Office Suite, 3 years, Very Good
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment, 3 years, Very Good
  • Marketing Operations Experience, 3 years, Very Good

Responsibilities

  • Lead coordination for annual media planning efforts, including timelines, meeting logistics, and cross-functional communication
  • Support project leads with reporting, data organization, and presentation development
  • Attend planning meetings and document action items and next steps
  • Maintain centralized tracking tools and program documentation
  • Maintain and update program tracking lists and submission files
  • Monitor and log digital marketing platform issues and coordinate resolution with field teams
  • Review advertising estimates and validate against internal tracking systems
  • Coordinate and support distribution of team communications, including newsletters
  • Manage and update distribution lists
  • Track campaign activity and maintain reporting for marketing initiatives
  • Oversee reporting related to promotional activity and performance
  • Maintain partnership tracking tools and databases
  • Coordinate purchase order setup for partnership activities
  • Submit legal review requests through internal processes
  • Prepare and distribute recurring team communications with key updates and resources
  • Maintain and organize shared files and team resources
  • Support ad hoc marketing and operational initiatives
