About The Position

This role is a 12-month engagement, working full-time. As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. This role is focused on building a genuine partnership with Sales, owning the strategy behind field and regional marketing, digging into performance data, translating global campaigns into localized strategies, coordinating across various marketing teams, and running the operational side with rigor. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and switching between strategic planning and hands-on delivery.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated partnership with Sales that produced aligned strategies, moved pipeline, and helped close deals.
  • Experience owning regional or field programs (not just supporting them) with quantifiable pipeline or revenue impact.
  • Proficiency in analyzing data, digging into dashboards and attribution to make decisions and prove impact.
  • Experience building marketing strategies, plans, and multi-channel campaigns beyond just running events and webinars.
  • Experience working within ABM frameworks for enterprise accounts, from account selection through tailored engagement.
  • Ability to coordinate across brand, content, product marketing, lifecycle, and customer marketing for cohesive campaign delivery.
  • Comfort and capability in both setting strategy and executing hands-on, with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience in the US market (Canada and Latin America experience is a plus).
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or tech company.

Nice To Haves

  • Canada and Latin America experience.

Responsibilities

  • Building a genuine partnership with Sales, shaping regional GTM plays with them to drive aligned account strategies, pipeline movement, and closed deals.
  • Owning the strategy behind field and regional marketing, building multi-channel plans (in-person experiences, digital campaigns, content, account-based engagement) to move enterprise target accounts through the funnel.
  • Analyzing pipeline, program, and campaign performance data using dashboards and attribution to inform investment decisions and prove impact.
  • Translating global campaigns, customer stories, product priorities, and sales motions into localized, account-relevant strategies for enterprise audiences in the US market (Canada and Latin America experience is a plus).
  • Coordinating with brand, content, customer marketing, product marketing, and lifecycle teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
  • Managing the operational aspects including budgets, vendors, timelines, and execution quality for events, webinars, executive programs, and partner activations.
  • Working independently and comfortably switching between strategic planning and hands-on delivery without heavy direction.
