About The Position

This role is a 12-month engagement, working full-time. As Canva scales, change continues to be part of our DNA. This role is focused on building a genuine partnership with Sales, owning the strategy behind field and regional marketing, and digging into pipeline, program, and campaign performance data. The role involves translating global campaigns into localized strategies for enterprise audiences in the US market, coordinating across various marketing teams, and managing the operational aspects with rigor. The Field Marketing team brings Canva's brand and product to life in the real world, working with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Content, Brand, Lifecycle, and Experiential to design programs that reach valuable audiences and influence the full revenue funnel.

Requirements

  • Real, specific proof that your partnership with Sales produced aligned strategies that moved pipeline and helped close deals.
  • Owned regional or field programs (not just supported them) with quantified pipeline or revenue impact.
  • Energized by data: digging into dashboards and attribution to make decisions and prove impact.
  • Built marketing strategies, plans, and multi-channel campaigns, beyond running events and webinars.
  • Worked within ABM frameworks for enterprise accounts, from account selection through tailored engagement.
  • Ability to coordinate across brand, content, product marketing, lifecycle, and customer marketing to deliver one coordinated campaign.
  • Equally comfortable setting strategy and executing hands-on, without needing a lot of oversight.
  • Demonstrated experience in the US market.
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally at a high-growth SaaS or tech company.

Nice To Haves

  • Canada and Latin America experience a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Building a genuine partnership with Sales, ensuring regional GTM plays are shaped with them and translate directly into aligned account strategies, movement through pipeline, and closed deals.
  • Owning the strategy behind field and regional marketing, building multi-channel plans that combine in-person experiences, digital campaigns, content, and account-based engagement to move enterprise target accounts through the funnel.
  • Analyzing pipeline, program, and campaign performance data using dashboards and attribution to shape investment and prove what's working.
  • Translating global campaigns, customer stories, product priorities, and sales motions into localized, account-relevant strategies for enterprise audiences in the US market.
  • Coordinating brand, content, customer marketing, product marketing, and lifecycle teams so every field program lands as one cohesive campaign.
  • Running the operational side with rigor, including budgets, vendors, timelines, and execution quality across events, webinars, executive programs, and partner activations.
  • Working independently and switching comfortably between strategic planning and hands-on delivery.
