About The Position

LogicGate is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to build and own the company's field marketing presence. This role involves creating programs, relationships, and a playbook to drive growth, pipeline, and revenue. The ideal candidate will be experienced in both strategy and execution, finding satisfaction in seeing their work directly impact business outcomes. This is an opportunity to enhance an existing field marketing motion and contribute to LogicGate's position as a leading AI GRC platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of field marketing experience with direct ownership of programs, campaigns, and events.
  • B2B experience is preferred.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record of executing programs that generate measurable pipeline and executive engagement, including sponsorships, executive dinners, roadshows, and partner events.
  • Genuine fluency with enterprise customers, particularly when it comes to engaging heads of marketing and agency decision-makers.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce (tracking leads, opportunities, and pipeline) and marketing automation platforms (Pardot or equivalent).
  • Experience with event management platforms (e.g., Swoogo, Bizzabo, Eventbrite).
  • Highly autonomous and a natural collaborator, able to work well cross-functionally and make quick decisions.
  • Confident using AI tools and emerging technologies to accelerate day-to-day work.
  • Exceptional project management skills and energized by the opportunity to create something new that lasts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with Sales leadership and senior executives.
  • Ability and genuine enthusiasm for travel (up to 25–40% depending on event calendar).
  • Based near Chicago.

Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, planning, and execution of U.S. field marketing programs in collaboration with Marketing and Sales leadership to support pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of U.S. field events, including strategy, logistics, on-site activation, and post-event follow-up. This includes industry conferences, roadshows, executive dinners, and roundtables.
  • Engage with the LogicGate/GRC community through social media campaigns on LinkedIn and Reddit, using tools like Brand Watch to increase brand awareness.
  • Track, measure, analyze, and report on field marketing performance, including pipeline contribution, event ROI, and account engagement.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with sales leadership, acting as a liaison between field marketing activities and revenue outcomes.
  • Partner with the content team to ensure event messaging, presentations, and collateral are on-brand, compelling, and tailored to audience priorities.
  • Manage program budgets end-to-end, including forecasting, tracking spend, and delivering programs on or under budget without sacrificing quality.
