As we continue to expand our marketing presence in the Fargo–Moorhead region , we’re looking for a leader who can balance operational excellence with a people-first leadership style .

Requirements

• Driver's License and Vehicle (Required)
• Must be able to work every weekend

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and evaluate home shows, street fairs, and regional events within an 80-mile radius of Fargo, ND
• Must be able to work every weekend to attend events and shows with your team
• Own the budget for your market : plan, allocate, and optimize spending for maximum ROI
• Recruit, train, and lead an energetic event team of appointment setters and brand representatives
• Build a business within the business — manage your territory as if it’s your own franchise unit with clear growth targets
• Track and analyze KPIs weekly , including lead volume, cost per lead, and appointment conversion
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leadership to hit (or exceed) market-level goals
• Drive culture and accountability through positivity, humor, and authentic leadership
