Build the AI platform that's rewriting a $50B industry. We're hiring a Field Marketing Manager to execute and run our US field marketing programs. This is a hands-on role focused on pipeline generation and sales support, working closely with our US sales team to deliver events, campaigns, and account-based programs that drive measurable impact. Your mission: execute US field marketing programs that directly drive pipeline and support our sales team. This isn't campaign management, it's hands-on, on-the-ground marketing that moves deals forward.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or demand generation, ideally in a B2B SaaS or high-growth startup environment.
  • Ability to execute programs independently from brief to delivery
  • Strong experience supporting sales and working closely with AEs and SDRs
  • Hands-on experience running events and conferences
  • Comfortable managing agencies, vendors, and freelancers
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple programs simultaneously
  • Data-literate; you track pipeline and campaign performance, not just vanity metrics
  • Willingness to travel within the US (reasonable frequency)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to enterprise or regulated industries
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs

Responsibilities

  • Work day-to-day with US AEs to align on priorities, coordinate campaign execution, ensure timely sales enablement, and handover leads that are genuinely ready to engage.
  • Track program performance and report on pipeline impact.
  • Own the end-to-end execution of US-based conferences, field events, and hosted activations.
  • Attend events in person; booth support, sales coordination, relationship building, and own the full funnel from pre-event promotion through post-event follow-up.
  • Execute ABM campaigns for priority US accounts; 1:few and 1:many programs including events, paid campaigns, and targeted content.
  • Manage and execute US-focused paid campaigns.
  • Create and adapt US-specific content and assets including case studies, event collateral and presentations, and sales enablement materials.
