About The Position

This role is for someone early in their career, with one to three years of experience, who wants to learn marketing through hands-on execution. The position offers exposure to senior leaders, ownership of real work, and a clear growth path. The individual will be responsible for execution tasks, including event logistics and post-event follow-up, to understand the operational aspects of marketing. The role involves supporting event execution for major conferences like AWS Summit NYC and AWS re:Invent, maintaining the sales enablement library, coordinating post-event lead follow-up with the BDR team, and assisting senior managers with specific campaign execution.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing coordinator, event coordinator, sales operations, or marketing operations role at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Detail-oriented with a process-building mindset.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • Comfortable producing KBYG decks, post-event reports, and sales enablement documents.
  • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Eventbrite, Asana, Canva, and Notion.
  • Ability to switch context quickly across events, enablement, and campaign work.
  • Desire to grow into a Sr. Manager role within 18-24 months.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HTML/CSS, Figma, Webflow, or Claude and other AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support event execution by managing logistics for tier-1 events (e.g., AWS Summit, AWS re:Invent, Catalyst Conference, Microsoft Inspire) and owning end-to-end pre-event logistics for smaller events (e.g., partner dinners, executive roundtables).
  • Manage day-to-day event logistics including shipping, registration, vendor coordination, communications, hotel and travel booking, and on-site staffing.
  • Develop reusable checklists and playbooks for event processes.
  • Maintain the sales enablement library, including decks, one-pagers, battle cards, demo scripts, and customer reference assets.
  • Coordinate with Product Marketing on the production of derivative assets.
  • Organize the partner content repository for easy discoverability by sales.
  • Coordinate post-event follow-up sequences with the BDR team to ensure all leads are actioned.
  • Manage list hygiene, attendee data, and event ROI reporting.
  • Support Sr. Managers of Product Marketing and Partner Marketing on campaign execution, including list pulls, asset coordination, and status tracking.
  • Document repeatable processes such as event playbooks, enablement asset standards, and campaign launch checklists.
  • Identify at least one process inefficiency per quarter and propose a solution.
