Role Overview We’re looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own and execute Ema’s on-the-ground presence at industry events, tradeshows, executive dinners, and sponsored programs across the United States. You’ll be the connective tissue between our BDR, Sales, AI Strategy, Product Marketing, and Design teams — turning live experiences into qualified pipeline. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at a fast-growing AI company. Our Marketing Lead owns the event strategy; you own the execution engine that brings it to life. We need someone who thrives in startup environments, moves fast, and doesn’t wait for permission to solve problems.
