About The Position

The Field Marketing Manager – North America is responsible for owning and executing Jumio’s regional field marketing strategy across North America. This role partners closely with Sales, BDR, and global Marketing teams to increase brand visibility, accelerate pipeline growth, and support Jumio’s go-to-market objectives. Reporting to the Global Director of Field Marketing, this is a standalone, high-impact role focused on hands-on execution, innovation, and measurable business results. Role Value This role plays a critical part in driving pipeline, regional awareness, and customer engagement across the AMER market. By developing and executing modern, sales-aligned marketing programs, the Senior Marketing Manager helps position Jumio as a trusted leader in identity verification and digital trust. The role directly contributes to revenue growth by enabling sales teams, strengthening partner relationships, and refining Jumio’s regional GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience delivering, accelerating, and expanding sales pipeline through regional or field marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience driving growth and brand awareness for fast-growing B2B enterprise software companies.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing multiple concurrent marketing initiatives end to end.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate as a self-starter who brings new ideas, challenges traditional approaches, and executes quickly.
  • Highly data-driven marketer with experience in account-based marketing and performance reporting.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with Sales and GTM teams to influence pipeline and revenue outcomes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Experience working with or implementing AI-driven marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the North America regional marketing strategy in close coordination with global marketing teams.
  • Build and execute regional marketing programs from the ground up, including campaigns, events, and sales enablement initiatives.
  • Launch and scale GTM marketing strategies in new and existing markets across North America.
  • Design and execute ABM-led ICP engagement campaigns in partnership with Account Executives and BDR teams.
  • Plan and deliver partner marketing initiatives, including co-marketing campaigns, events, content, and partner advocacy programs.
  • Plan, manage, and execute regional customer and prospect events across North America to drive engagement, advocacy, and brand presence.
  • Generate marketing-sourced pipeline through field programs, customer roadshows, and scalable regional campaigns.
  • Develop and manage the AMER marketing budget, ensuring efficient spend aligned with business priorities.
  • Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using marketing analytics and web performance data to maximize ROI.
  • Expand and manage concurrent marketing initiatives with industry associations, influencers, and ecosystem partners across North America.
  • Report on regional marketing performance using Salesforce and marketing analytics tools to inform stakeholders and guide GTM decisions.
  • Attend industry events, customer meetings, and internal team sessions, with occasional travel across North America.
