Who are we? Komodor is an AI-powered SRE platform that helps engineering teams proactively manage reliability at scale. By combining deep system context with AI-driven insights and automation, Komodor enables DevOps, SREs, and developers to quickly understand issues, prevent incidents, and operate complex cloud-native environments with confidence. With $67M in funding raised and strong product-market fit, we are scaling our global go-to-market motion, with North America being our key sales region . Core Mission: In this role, you will own and drive field & event marketing initiatives across North America, with a strong focus on creating bold, non-generic experiences that Komodor is known for. This is not a role for checkbox marketing or standard booths — we’re looking for someone who thinks creatively about how events (both physical and virtual) should feel, look, and engage, and who turns every interaction into a memorable experience that drives real pipeline. Your ownership will span three core areas: 1. Events, Conferences & Webinars You’ll lead Komodor’s presence across major North American conferences, regional events, and webinars — owning booth concepts, on-site activations, side events, meetups, and virtual programs. You’ll ensure every experience stands out, reinforces our positioning, and delivers measurable impact. 2. Channel Marketing Programs You’ll own channel marketing efforts across North America, partnering with ecosystem and technology partners to create co-branded events and joint field programs aligned with revenue goals and Komodor’s brand standards. 3. Field Marketing with Local North American Teams You’ll be working closely with regional sales and account teams to execute localized field programs — including meetups and account-based activations — that support regional priorities and accelerate pipeline. This role offers the opportunity to influence both strategy and hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment where ownership, creativity, and results matter equally. You’ll play a key role in shaping Komodor’s field presence across North America. Regional Field & Channel Marketing Manager – North America Who are we?
