About The Position

HPE Networking is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Field Marketing & Events Specialist to support our North America Sales organization. This role is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing high-impact marketing programs and events that drive pipeline, accelerate sales, and elevate customer engagement. You will play a critical role in bringing our brand to life through exceptional experiences—from large-scale industry events to executive programs and localized field activations—while partnering closely with Sales, Partner, and Corporate Marketing teams.

Requirements

  • BA or BS in Marketing or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in Field Marketing, Event Marketing, or B2B Marketing (preferably in tech or networking)
  • Proven track record of executing successful events and driving pipeline impact
  • Strong collaboration skills with Sales and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with executive-level engagement programs and high-touch customer experiences
  • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring ROI and campaign performance

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end event execution across North America, including industry events, HPE-hosted experiences, executive forums, and field activations
  • Drive pipeline generation by aligning programs with sales priorities, target accounts, and key verticals
  • Partner with Sales leaders to develop strategic marketing plans that support revenue goals and territory needs
  • Execute high-touch executive programs (EBC-on-the-road, VIP experiences, white-glove events)
  • Manage vendors and agencies, ensuring flawless delivery, budget adherence, and strong ROI
  • Track, measure, and optimize performance including leads, pipeline influence, and event ROI
  • Develop field-ready assets and toolkits to enable Sales teams before, during, and after events
  • Ensure consistent brand and messaging across all programs and touchpoints
