About The Position

Water Extraction Team, LLC dba Property Solutions Team is an emergency restoration company and general contractor serving HOA and property management clients. We handle everything from small maintenance issues to large-scale property damage and capital improvement projects. We are growing and need someone focused on one thing: building relationships and generating opportunities in the field. This is not a remote marketing job. This is not a social media position. This is a field-based relationship and lead generation role. You will be: Visiting property management offices in person Dropping off marketing materials, gifts, and branded items Making warm calls and sending follow-up emails Scheduling lunches, meetings, and site visits Staying in consistent contact with industry professionals If you are not comfortable walking into offices, introducing yourself, and following up repeatedly, this role is not a fit.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (professional, polished English required)
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with in-person outreach and repeated follow-up
  • Able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball
  • Self-motivated and accountable

Nice To Haves

  • Background in customer service, admin support, or sales coordination
  • Familiarity with property management, HOA, or construction industries
  • Experience using CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Make regular in-person visits to HOA and property management companies
  • Represent the company professionally and consistently
  • Build familiarity and trust over time
  • Identify and research target companies
  • Conduct outreach via phone and email
  • Set meetings and coordinate appointments
  • Maintain ongoing communication with prospects
  • Track interactions and ensure consistent follow-up
  • Support long-term relationship development
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM or tracking systems
  • Manage schedules, outreach lists, and follow-ups
  • Report activity and results
