About The Position

HOW HOW Holdings is a Jet’s Pizza Franchisee group located in Denver, Colorado and Colorado Springs, Colorado. We are seeking a compensation motivated and experienced field marketing associate. Our goal is to increase brand awareness and drive sales through relationships with businesses and events. This job requires the ability to commute between our four locations in metro Denver and occasionally to Colorado Springs. This is an hourly and commission based position tied to revenue growth.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, organize events, and handle logistics.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and reporting on campaign performance.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google applications.
• Ability to work effectively with store GM’s and and Ownership to execute events.
• Ability to commute between four locations in metro Denver and occasionally to Colorado Springs.

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing in-person marketing campaigns, including events, product sampling.
• Coordinating all aspects of field events, such as selecting prospects, managing logistics, and arranging for necessary materials.
• Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on marketing campaign performance and key metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Building and maintaining relationships with customers.
