About The Position

Valerie Health is seeking a Field Marketing Associate to join their marketing team during a hypergrowth phase. This is an opportunity to be one of the first hires in a marketing department that will expand significantly. The role involves owning Valerie's events program end-to-end, including conferences, executive dinners, prospect roundtables, and webinars. Conferences are a primary source of new business, and this role will manage multiple events concurrently, ensuring all details are handled and Valerie presents professionally. The position offers the chance to engage with customers who value Valerie's offerings and to potentially take on broader marketing responsibilities as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of professional experience in events, marketing, operations, sales, or a generalist role.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple events, timelines, and vendors in parallel without issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of writing clear outreach emails and conversing with senior executives.
  • Personable and confident demeanor, comfortable representing the company in person and building rapport quickly.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–30% during peak event seasons.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and motivated by completing tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end logistics for conference execution, including coordinating with organizers, booking booths, shipping materials, handling registrations, and managing parallel workstreams.
  • Represent Valerie on the floor at events, engaging with practice administrators, operations leaders, and healthcare executives to qualify leads and book meetings.
  • Design and run pre-event outreach campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate awareness and book meetings.
  • Plan and execute hosted events such as executive dinners, prospect roundtables, and webinars for relationship-building and lead generation.
  • Build and organize event collateral, including booth graphics, one-pagers, SWAG, and sales materials.
  • Develop conference strategies by pulling attendee lists, assessing buyer presence, and making data-driven recommendations for investment.
  • Ensure leads are captured, entered into HubSpot, and handed off to sales with context post-event.
