About The Position

Great Lakes Home is hiring outgoing Outside Marketing Team Members for its expanding Field Marketing Team. Field Marketers meet homeowners, represent the company, introduce its metal roofing, siding, and window solutions, and generate appointments for the sales team. The role involves face-to-face interactions with homeowners in residential neighborhoods, with no cold calling. No canvassing experience is required, and training and ongoing support are provided. The position offers industry-leading base pay, an uncapped bonus plan, and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements
