About The Position

Universal Windows Direct is hiring a part-time Field Marketer for event marketing. The role pays $17–$20 per hour plus bonus, with opportunity for advancement. Field Marketers engage potential customers at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs, and schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team. The position requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and weekend availability. Expected hours are 20–30 per week, and travel is approximately 10%.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Self-motivated with a competitive spirit.
Aggressive and consistent prospect engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
Must be able to work weekends.
Ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
Ability to stand for up to 8–10 hours.
Ability to walk for 4–8 hours.
Willingness to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

Approach and engage potential prospects at home shows, conventions, festivals, and fairs.
Maintain company standards for appearance and attire.
Maintain a consistently positive attitude in the workplace.
Stay current with product knowledge and promotions.

Manage time professionally.
Schedule in-home estimate appointments for the sales team.
Assist with booth setup and breakdown.
