Events Lead

Superpower•San Francisco, CA

About The Position

Superpower is seeking an events and experiences leader to develop and own an events program centered on ambition, performance, and greater possibility. The role spans creative concept through on-site delivery and post-event follow-up, including signature experiences, intimate gatherings, recurring community formats, and major launch moments. The Events Lead will shape guest lists, programming, environments, hospitality, and the details that distinguish each experience, while making thoughtful production decisions within real budgets. The role partners with Brand to select audiences, occasions, and formats and give each event a clear purpose within the broader brand plan. It turns briefs into concepts, programs, and guest journeys; manages budgets, timelines, vendors, venues, partners, and event-day logistics; and collaborates with partnerships, community, marketing, content, and social teams. The Events Lead will also plan follow-up and content, assess performance using attendance, guest feedback, engagement, costs, and relevant business outcomes, and use those learnings to improve and repeat successful formats. Superpower describes itself as a new health system on a mission to extend and enhance human life. It began with lab testing and has expanded into data aggregation and digital twins, an AI doctor, and peptides. The company reports rapid growth and is preparing for hypergrowth. It is a global team and offers visa sponsorship and potential relocation support to the United States for the right candidates.
