Mosaic is a leading North American Integrated Agency, specialized in connecting with consumers through Experiential Marketing, Sales & Merchandising, and Shopper Marketing. As a Field Manager, you will report directly to the Account Manager and will be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and reporting of retail sampling programs across Canada. This position is responsible for ensuring samplings run smoothly and according to plan. You’ll work closely with internal teams, clients, vendors, and brand ambassadors to ensure flawless delivery of campaigns that drive trial, awareness, and brand love. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and communication skills with the ability to effectively work both independently and with their peers to deliver successful results.
