We are a rapidly growing home improvement company operating a high-performing residential bath/shower remodeling experience and have leadership experience, we would love to talk with you! Work with multiple departments, customers and installers to coordinate and manage installation of residential bathroom remodeling projects.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of in-home renovation experience or other relevant construction experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience leading and developing other
  • Familiar with basic plumbing work as it relates to residential bathroom remodels
  • Possess a high school diploma, general education degree (GED) or equivalent education
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and maintain a good driving record

Nice To Haves

  • Inside Sales: 2 years (Preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and inspect Installers work in the field.
  • Daily job check-ins to make sure that Installers are following the expected process for installations
  • Assist Installers with any issues that they encounter when at a job site
  • Responsible for Installers collecting final payment and completing appropriate paper and/or electronic forms after project is complete
  • Effectively communicate with the Acrylic Installation and Production Team based on needs in the field.
  • Attend required weekly meetings to report on weekly goals, personnel, areas for improvement
