About The Position

Leapfrog Landcare is seeking a hands-on Field Manager to oversee daily operations across our Treatment, Maintenance, and Landscape Installation divisions. This role focuses on monitoring workflows, supporting crews, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. We’re looking for a team player with a positive attitude, strong values, and a willingness to grow—training is available for the right candidate.

Requirements

3+ years of landscape or field operations experience (preferred, not required for the right candidate).
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple crews and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of lawn care and maintenance, plant health care, and landscape installation.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across all divisions and monitor schedules to ensure efficiency and completion.
Make real-time adjustments to schedules and operations based on weather, staffing, and equipment needs.
Support daily dispatch and crew readiness to ensure smooth morning start-up.
Supervise and support crew leaders; maintain productivity and accountability.
Monitor job quality and ensure client expectations are met.
Identify and resolve issues in real-time (equipment, staffing, property concerns).
Oversee inventory and coordinate material needs based on upcoming workload.
Maintain strong communication with clients and internal teams.
Enforce safety standards and company policies.
