About The Position

Elite Building Services is looking to hire a full-time Field Maintenance Technician to work in the state of Delaware (5) days per week, Monday thru Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm. Candidate must possess organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Some evening and weekend work may be required for emergency work. This position requires regular travel to our customer sites throughout Delaware. Candidates must be able to travel within a 50-mile radius, including Newark, Bear, Middletown, Smyrna, and Dover cities in DE. Company vehicle, gas card, tools & materials will be provided during work hours.

Requirements

• 1 Year maintenance/handyman experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation
