Field Maintenance Coordinator - Shop
About The Position
Park Paving is a locally owned and operated company and has been in business for over 50 years as one the largest road construction contractors in Edmonton. We are seeking a dedicated Temporary Field Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. We are currently seeking a Temporary Field Maintenance Coordinator to support daily maintenance operations. This role is temporary to assist with current workload and coverage, with the potential to become a full-time position based on business needs. This position will be primarily based out of our Maintenance Shop location in Sherwood Park, AB
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in equipment maintenance coordination or related role
- Familiarity with heavy equipment used in road construction such as skid steers, excavators, and paving equipment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in construction
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to track and manage work orders, parts, and service schedules accurately
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of maintenance or fleet operations is considered an asset
Responsibilities
- Manage service schedule reports
- Create and distribute work orders
- Track repairs and backlog items
- Organize parts for field work
- Review and follow up on incomplete work orders
