About The Position

Chipotle is growing rapidly, opening a new restaurant every two days, and is seeking excellent leaders to join their expansion. Field Leaders are responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations, understanding the importance of strong partnerships with restaurant managers, and executing great operations. The role is part of a team committed to 'Cultivating A Better World'.

Requirements

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Business knowledge (P&L management, food safety, sales-forecasting, staffing).
• Ability to foster and ensure a food safety first culture.
• Passion for team development and leading through others.
• Laser-like focus on the guest experience.
• Ability to train and validate employees on key operational elements.
• Team player who can jump in and assist when needed.
• Previous multi-unit restaurant experience.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
