Field Inspector - Montgomery Metro (1099 Independent Contractor)
About The Position
We are seeking a dependable Field Inspector in the Montgomery Metro area (Montgomery, Prattville, Millbrook, and Wetumpka) to claim and complete inspection orders. This role is ideal for individuals who know the area and prefer work that fits around their own schedule. The job involves driving to a home, taking photos, noting occupancy status (lived in or vacant), and submitting a brief report via smartphone. Each inspection takes approximately ten to twenty minutes. Inspectors can choose orders closest to their location. Payment is provided for each completed inspection via direct deposit. This is a 1099 independent contractor position, allowing you to set your own hours and workload.

Responsibilities
