About The Position
National Mortgage Field Services is seeking a dependable contractor to perform property inspections in the Phoenix metro area and Maricopa County. Assignments include exterior property inspections, occupancy checks, and door-hanger tasks. The role involves visiting properties, taking photos, documenting information, and submitting results via a mobile app. This is a flexible, 1099 field position with no prior experience required, as training will be provided.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
- Smartphone with internet access.
- Dependability and the ability to meet assignment deadlines.
- Ability to pass a background check.
- Basic computer or mobile-app skills.

Responsibilities
