The Field Implementation Support Program Manager (FISP) at the School of Social Work - Workforce Development, located statewide in Illinois, will oversee and manage Field Implementation Support Program operations. This role ensures alignment with organizational goals, provides leadership and coaching to FISP Specialists/Technicians, and fosters a culture of excellence. The position involves highly specialized workforce and organizational effectiveness functions, managing program implementation, operations, reporting, and contract oversight. The manager will collaborate with the FISP Director on program strategies, resource utilization, and outcome achievement. Key responsibilities include overseeing data management and analysis to inform decision-making and quality improvement, and serving as the program's liaison with IDCFS, Child Welfare Contributing Agency management, the Office of Learning and Professional Development, and other collateral entities.
