About The Position

CGI is seeking to hire an Enterprise Implementation Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise scale software implementation and client migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of experience managing multi-client migration programs using both Agile and traditional methodologies, with a PMP certification preferred. Requiring exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross functional coordination skills, this role will oversee project timelines, risks, and dependencies while driving standardized migration methodologies tailored to meet specific client needs. This is a Full-Time, On-Site employment opportunity based in Raleigh, NC, Lafayette, LA, Hartford, CT, or St. Louis, MO in a Hybrid Model.

Requirements

At least 10+ years leading enterprise software implementations or migration programs.
Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience managing repeatable, multi-client implementation projects.
Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
Experience working directly with business, technology, and external clients.

Nice To Haves

PMP certification preferred.
