About The Position
Clean Harbors is seeking a Field Human Resources Director to oversee the development and execution of line of business focused people strategies that align and support overall strategy. This role is accountable for leading and developing a team of Field Human Resource Business Partners, as well as partnering closely with Center of Excellence (COE) leadership teams across the Human Resources department to drive and deliver innovative and value-added solutions.
