The Field Hub Manager ensures field operations are supported by maintaining acceptable levels of inventory, reviewing construction drawings prior to shipping materials, and repairing incoming equipment. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, procurement, inventory transactions, inventory accuracy, fulfilling orders, and maintaining tools/equipment. The role requires the ability to manage an onsite team. These responsibilities shall be conducted with safety, quality, and service as the top priorities. The role involves financial reporting and reconciliation, including reconciling invoices and Capex expenditures, resolving discrepancies, tracking and accounting for fixed assets and capital projects, and maintaining internal controls. It also includes analysis and business support, such as delivering monthly financial reports and analysis to department leaders, maintaining a schedule of incoming and outgoing deliveries, forecasting schedules to support Field Operations, and performing ad hoc analysis. Management responsibilities include leading an onsite team to prepare deliveries, repair equipment, and maintain inventory levels, as well as providing phone support for Field Operations when additional material is required onsite.
