We are looking for a Field Foreman for our Baie-Sainte-Anne site. Your leadership and sense of responsibility makes you the ideal person for this position. Requirements
- Experience working in the fields.
- Able to complete reports.
- Good ability to work in a team and a great sense of responsibility.
- Able to prioritize and organize yourself.
Nice To Haves
- Already supervised a team.
- Bilingual - English and French.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for supervising the activities and employees related to the field to maximize the harvest and ensure the safety of the premises.
- Plan operations according to the temperature and monitor the condition of the equipment.
- Have a good ability to work in team, a sense of responsibility, able to make important decisions.
