About The Position
Wharton-Smith, Inc. is seeking an intern Field Engineer to work in its corporate office in Tampa, Florida. The role supports the Project Engineer and Project Manager with planning, organization, and completion of projects within an assigned area of responsibility.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with and assist the Project Engineer and Project Manager with project planning, organization, and completion within an assigned area.
- Review project plans and confer with management.
- Review bids from contractors.
- Help maintain a safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks as needed.
- Perform data entry.
- Assist the Project Manager or Project Engineer with daily tasks and duties.
