About The Position

As a Field Diesel Mechanic – Customer Equipment Solutions (Service Tech III - Field Service - CES), you will perform maintenance and repairs on complex customer-owned equipment with limited or no supervision, using a highly skilled, safe, and professional approach. The role involves providing exceptional customer service and offers potential to advance to higher-level Service Technician or leadership positions in the Service Department.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
3–5 years of experience repairing or maintaining equipment and tools.
Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools.
Knowledge of construction equipment and a strong mechanical background, including knowledge of various engines.
Must own tools applicable to the position.
Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to frequently lift items weighing up to 45 pounds.

Responsibilities

Safely maintain and repair complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of customer equipment and tools, using independent judgment.
Complete paperwork and electronic documentation of work performed, including work orders, accurately and promptly each day.
Upsell and demonstrate a wide array of complex equipment to customers.
Travel to customer job sites to repair and maintain customer-owned equipment.
Keep the service vehicle clean and professional.
Assist with equipment and parts pickup and delivery.
Perform other duties as assigned.
