About The Position

The Field Development Intern supports the Field Development team’s initiatives to advance the firm’s growth strategies and develop future Financial Advisors. The role provides hands-on experience working closely with the Director of Field Development, Regional Directors, and Branch Managers. The intern assists with recruiting and onboarding, training coordination, and tracking production metrics for new Financial Advisors. Responsibilities also include preparing communications and materials, supporting performance-data reporting and analysis, and contributing to projects that improve the Financial Advisor training program and hiring process.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Strong interest in finance, business management, or a related field.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with team members at various levels within the firm.
Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

Assist with coordinating in-person and virtual training events for new Financial Advisors.
Track Financial Advisor progress through the training program, maintaining current production metrics and training milestones.
Help prepare offer letters and onboarding materials for newly hired Financial Advisor Trainees.
Help organize and schedule regular training and progress update calls.
Collaborate with the Field Development team to deliver communications to branch managers, Financial Advisor Trainees, and Regional Directors.
Assist with data entry, report generation, and analysis of Financial Advisor performance data.
Support ad hoc projects related to improving the Financial Advisor training program and hiring process.
