Field Crew - Spring '26
About The Position
Join DC Fray! Field Crew Members make league nights possible, literally. They are responsible for securing our fields and setting them up before coordinators, hosts, and players arrive. These key tasks set the tone for the entire night and ensure our leagues have a safe, organized space to play. During our busiest seasons, field crew members help secure our spots on the National Mall and prepare the fields so the fun can happen! This role is pivotal in creating a great experience for every player. Field crew members get to spend time outdoors, enjoy the sunshine, and play an essential part in making our leagues run smoothly. The position also offers flexibility during the day, allowing time to read, study, get a workout, or simply relax between tasks—making it a great fit for students or anyone who enjoys being outside and getting paid for some sunshine while helping bring league nights to life. What we are looking for We are looking for individuals who are available for at least 2 days a week and can work 5a-11:30a / 11:30a-6p or 5a-6p . We are seeking individuals who are reliable, punctual, and able to interact with others in a respectful but firm manner. Crew members must also be OUTSIDE for extended periods of time (5-8 hours) as well through various weather conditions (rain, heat, etc.). This is seasonal work that typically begins in mid-March and runs through September, with a 2-3 week break between the leagues.

- The ability to lift and carry 30-50 pounds
- A car or access to reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to accept payment by direct deposit (checking or savings account)
