About The Position
River Valley Marine is hiring a Seasonal Marine Detailer & Boat Handler to support our busy spring launch and summer boating season on Lake Minnetonka. We are looking for hardworking, reliable team members who enjoy hands-on work around premium boats, pontoons, surf boats, wake boats, fishing boats, and luxury marine equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in boating, marine, detailing, marina operations, trailer handling, outdoor work, or the marine and powersports industry. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to stay active and lift/move equipment as needed
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Comfortable working outdoors in a fast-paced environment

- Interest in boating, marine, detailing, marina operations, or outdoor recreation
- Ability to operate trucks, trailers, equipment, or willingness to learn

Responsibilities
- Detail new and pre-owned boats including washing, waxing, buffing, polishing, and interior cleaning
- Prepare boats for customer delivery and lake launch
- Move, stage, and organize boats around dealership property
- Assist with trailer handling and boat transport
- Operate detailing tools, cleaning equipment, and shop equipment
- Maintain clean and organized work and staging areas
- Support dealership operations during peak boating season
- Work around pontoons, surf boats, wake boats, fishing boats, and luxury marine equipment
