About The Position
Verify Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Field Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the timely dispatching of Field Resources throughout the United States on behalf of our clients.
Requirements
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Min 1-3 years relevant experience
- Proven ability to effectively multi-task
- Must have a sense of urgency to deliver results
- Must be a strong leader
- Must be an effective trainer
- Proficient/Expert in MS Office software (including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Power Point, MS Access) and other relevant platforms.
Nice To Haves
- College preferred – Business, Management, Communications
- Preferred Background – Experience with inspection coordination
Responsibilities
- Dispatch Field Resources as required
- Interface with IPT Teams and other internal/external stakeholders to ensure timely and appropriate dispatching of Field Resources in accordance with customer expectations and requirements.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of dispatching tools and management systems
- Performing other duties or special projects as assigned
