Due to significant growth, AIS is seeking a Field Coordinator for the Desoto, Texas area to support Field Service Managers (FSMs) and ensure project completion through adequate coordination and support.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 3 years of construction experience
  • Previous construction management experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Planning
  • Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision
  • Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate deliveries and schedules with FSM.
  • Process and submit expense reports for Field Service Managers.
  • Order hardware, sinks, and stone countertops needed for projects.
  • Update and maintain the hardware forecast for current and upcoming jobs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all departments within AIS.
  • Count hardware and sinks for new jobs using architectural shop drawings.
  • Maintain updated inventory for sinks, stone, and hardware using Smartsheet and Excel.
  • Order and maintain forklifts for job sites, update invoices, and manage inventory for budgeting in Excel.
  • Update and maintain payroll for HUD certified payroll jobs by contacting FSMs, recording installer hours/amounts paid in Excel, and updating online payroll systems.
  • Communicate daily with FSMs regarding measurements for jobs missing information.
  • Update and maintain the FSM backlog Excel sheet and coordinate with Superintendents to confirm accurate information.
  • Ship and receive supplies for FSMs.
