About The Position

Bordner Home Improvement is looking for a driven, outgoing Canvass Team Lead to help lead our field marketing team. This role is for a natural leader who enjoys meeting people, coaching others, and being rewarded for results. As a Team Lead, you'll help your team succeed while continuing to build your own results.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate a team of field marketing representatives.
Work alongside your team in local neighborhoods, connecting with homeowners.
Coach team members on communication, engagement, and appointment-setting techniques.
Track team performance and help identify opportunities for improvement.
Set appointments for in-home design consultations and help your team reach their goals.
Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent Bordner professionally.
Work a full-time schedule with weekday and weekend availability.
