About The Position

Bordner Home Improvement is seeking a driven, outgoing Canvass Team Lead to lead their field marketing team. This role is ideal for a natural leader who enjoys interacting with people, coaching others, and is motivated by results. The Team Lead will guide their team to success while also contributing to their own sales targets. Responsibilities include leading and motivating field marketing representatives, working alongside the team in neighborhoods to engage homeowners, coaching on sales techniques, tracking team performance, setting appointments for design consultations, assisting with training, and building positive relationships with homeowners.
